Earl Ridgell, Producer/Creative Director, comes to us from a diverse design background. Earl's latest project as an artist includes illustrating four children's books for Boys Town Press which will be released at the Book Expo America in Los Angeles. Working for James Trogolo Company, Earl recently aided in the production of a 1.2 million dollar holiday display for Turning Stone Casino. Additionally, Earl, while employed by Becker Group, a Baltimore-based experiential marketing firm, produced and created a two million dollars, ten thousand square foot immersive traveling exhibit experience titled: Rockwell's America, which in currently in Orlando, FL at the Orlando Science Center. Other recent credits while employed at Bekcer Group include: a national experiential tour for Discovery Communications featuring Junkyard Wars: On the Road, a holiday exhibit design featuring the popular children's book If you Give a Mouse a Cookie as well an exhibit design for Sony Pictures featuring Stuart Little, and last but not least a Holiday exhibition featuring Norman Rockwell at SeaWorld, Orlando, Florida.
Earl is credited with well over ten Hollywood produced television commercial where he acted as Assistant Art Director for Michael Gaw. Some of the clients were: Dan and Dave - Reebok - Johns and Gorman Film; Bank of America - Dektor/Higgins Films; Drummer - Lexus - Johns and Gorman Films; Ball - Lexus - Johns and Gorman Films; Paine Webber - Dektor/Higgins Films. Additionally Earl has art directed the scenic elements for a Renegade Productions - Cal Ripken/Comcast commercial and TLC's Junkyard Wars.
Not only a producer and designer, Earl is a very prolific illustrator with several styles. In addition to the four children's books being released at the Book Expo America, Earl illustrated a nationally distributed children's book titled: All Kinds of Families for New Hope Publications, along with numerous pieces for magazines and educational curriculum materials.
Earl is also an educator. He is currently an instructor at American Career Institute teaching Visual & Graphic Communications. an adjunct professor at Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD where he teaches Art History and Public Speaking, an instructor at ITT teaching Humanities and Beginning Drawing.
Earl's experience is not limited to the field of design; he is also an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) specialist and trainer (BaaN certified). This has enabled him to develop and manage projects using state of the art business tools. In short, Earl has successfully managed and directed well over fifty million dollars worth of business in the past two decades.
